Returns & Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@elvora-online.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a wrong or defective item).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
