Returns & Refunds

  • You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@elvora-online.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a wrong or defective item).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable items

  • Final sale items (clearly marked as non-returnable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@elvora-online.shop.
We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
